Cancellation Policy
House of Dru Designs – Booking Policy We look forward to creating a space you’ll love. Please review our booking terms to ensure a smooth, tailored experience. Appointments & Deposits All services must be booked in advance online, by phone, or email. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot: $100 for services under $500 or 25% of the total for $500+. Deposits are applied to your final invoice. Payments Remaining balances are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH, and select digital payments. Any add-ons, extra time, or materials will be invoiced separately. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a $50 fee and is subject to availability. Add-Ons & Personalization Add-ons must be selected at booking and cannot be booked alone. Some seasonal/custom add-ons may require additional lead time or prepayment. Client Responsibilities The service area must be accessible and ready at the scheduled time. For staging or decorating, cleaning and repairs should be completed beforehand. For virtual services, ensure a stable internet connection. Delays & No-Shows A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may be shortened or canceled without refund. No-shows forfeit deposits and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Seasonal Services Holiday Tree Decorating is available Sept–Dec. Theme, color, and style must be confirmed at least 14 days prior. Client-provided décor must be ready and organized before the appointment. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to exceed expectations. Any touch-up requests must be made within 48 hours of completion. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once services are rendered.
