House of Dru Designs provides interior design, staging, seasonal styling, and related services. All services are subject to availability, project approval, and a signed service agreement where applicable.

2. Consultations & Bookings

  • Consultations may be in-person or virtual.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information during the consultation process.

  • Make decisions promptly to avoid delays.

  • Ensure access to the property at agreed times for services and installations.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, mood boards, images, and content created by House of Dru Designs remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted personal use rights for their specific project but may not reproduce or resell design materials without permission.

6. Website Use

  • The content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos) is for informational purposes only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and excellence in our work:

  • House of Dru Designs is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or contractors.

  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, natural events).

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be at the discretion of House of Dru Designs based on the work completed to date.
