Refund Policy
At House of Dru Designs, we value your business and are committed to providing a seamless design experience. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees (in-home or virtual) are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so once at no additional charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
2. Service Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits will be applied toward your total project cost.

If you cancel your project, deposits are forfeited.
3. Design Services & Projects

Payments made toward active design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

In cases where materials or furnishings have been ordered, clients remain responsible for all associated costs, including restocking or vendor fees.

Project delays or cancellations due to third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers are not the responsibility of House of Dru Designs.
4. Home Staging & Seasonal Styling

Staging and seasonal styling bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If items have already been purchased or rented for your project, you are responsible for those costs.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:

House of Dru Designs is unable to deliver services as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances within our control.

A written request is submitted, and approval is granted at the sole discretion of House of Dru Designs.
