Refund Policy

At House of Dru Designs, we value your business and are committed to providing a seamless design experience. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

 

1. Consultation Fees

  • All consultation fees (in-home or virtual) are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so once at no additional charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

 

2. Service Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your total project cost.

  • If you cancel your project, deposits are forfeited.

 

3. Design Services & Projects

  • Payments made toward active design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • In cases where materials or furnishings have been ordered, clients remain responsible for all associated costs, including restocking or vendor fees.

  • Project delays or cancellations due to third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers are not the responsibility of House of Dru Designs.

 

4. Home Staging & Seasonal Styling

  • Staging and seasonal styling bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If items have already been purchased or rented for your project, you are responsible for those costs.

 

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • House of Dru Designs is unable to deliver services as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances within our control.

  • A written request is submitted, and approval is granted at the sole discretion of House of Dru Designs.
